A New Era: Software That Means Something

Over the last few years, one thing has become increasingly clear:
selling on Amazon is no longer just about working harder or optimizing faster. It’s about seeing clearly.

Most sellers don’t fail because they aren’t trying. They fail because the systems they rely on are incomplete — and because the human capital required to truly understand what’s happening is often unrealistically high. Data lives in too many places. Decisions are made with partial information. Expectations are placed on sellers to interpret complex signals in an environment that’s constantly changing. Guesswork becomes normalized, not by choice, but by necessity. And eventually, even strong operators find themselves reacting instead of leading.

That’s the gap we set out to close.

Throughout 2025, Your Amazon Consultant and Rift Solutions have been working closely together, building something fundamentally different for Amazon sellers. Today, we’re officially announcing that partnership — software designed not just to report on what happened, but to guide what should happen next.

I’ve been appointed CEO of Rift Solutions while continuing in my role as CEO of Your Amazon Consultant, allowing these two worlds — strategy and software — to finally work in alignment.

What This Post Is About

This post is about the partnership between Your Amazon Consultant and Rift Solutions — and why we believe Amazon sellers need software that actually means something. Not another dashboard. Not more noise. Real clarity.

Big ideas:

  • Most sellers aren’t failing from lack of effort — the systems are fragmented, and the human capital required to interpret everything is unrealistically high.
  • We partnered throughout 2025 to build a platform designed to guide what should happen next — not just report on what already happened.
  • Rift is built for accuracy-first decision-making across advertising and inventory management.
  • On the ad side: campaign monitoring with custom thresholds that show what to scale, what to pull back, what isn’t spending, and what needs attention.
  • On the inventory side: in-house forecasting algorithms that reduce guesswork around FBA vs AWD, quantities, and timing.

If you remember one thing: this is a new era — software built by operators, refined daily, and designed to give sellers control and clarity in a system that’s gotten too complex to manage by gut feel.

Why This Exists

Rift wasn’t created to be another dashboard.

It was built from the perspective of people who live inside Amazon every day — operators, consultants, and strategists who understand how fragile decisions become when the data underneath them is flawed. This software was shaped by real-world problems: misallocated ad spend, unclear scaling signals, inventory panic, stockouts, over-ordering, and forecasts that never quite line up with reality.

Accuracy was non-negotiable.

Through extensive auditing and validation, Rift’s data accuracy exceeds anything we’ve seen in the market — including platforms used by agencies managing billions in annual ad spend. That matters, because bad data doesn’t just slow you down — it actively pushes you in the wrong direction.

What Makes Rift Different

From an advertising perspective, Rift removes the guesswork entirely. Campaigns are monitored using custom performance thresholds that make it immediately clear what should be scaled, what needs to be pulled back, what isn’t spending, and what requires attention. Profitability and growth aren’t treated as opposing forces — they’re managed together.

On the inventory side, Rift uses industry-leading forecasting algorithms developed in-house to answer the questions sellers constantly struggle with:

  • How much to send

  • Where to send it (FBA vs AWD)

  • When to act — not after it’s too late

This isn’t theoretical planning. It’s practical, decision-ready guidance built for real businesses.

Just as importantly, Rift stores and structures Amazon data in ways Seller Central simply doesn’t. Historical context, meaningful segmentation, and usable views replace fragmented reports and manual exports.

Where We’re Headed

Rift has just been released — and it’s evolving every day.

We’re actively developing, refining, and expanding the platform based on how sellers actually use it, not how software thinks they should. This is not a finished product frozen in time. It’s a living system designed to grow alongside the businesses that rely on it.

For me personally, this is something I’m incredibly proud of. I never expected to be part of building software at this level — let alone something that has the potential to fundamentally change how sellers operate on Amazon. Our goal is simple but ambitious: to create something genuinely life-changing for sellers, not incremental, not cosmetic, but meaningful.

This partnership marks a new era — not just for us, but for how Amazon sellers think about insight, control, and clarity.

There’s a lot more to come — not just in 2026, but well beyond. Please check our websites for updates, or reach out with any questions you may have — we’re always available to help. And if you have development-specific questions or ideas, we’re very open to additional perspectives. This software is being worked on and improved every single day.
