What’s it like working with you?
Professional, fast, direct, and results-driven — but still human. I work as a partner in your business, not a distant consultant, with open communication, aligned expectations, and shared responsibility for outcomes.
Do you know all the answers to my Amazon problems?
No — but I always find them. After 18,000+ hours in Seller Central, I know most things off the top of my head. And when something unusual comes up, I know exactly how to find the right solution quickly.
Are you hands-on or high-level?
Both. I provide corporate-level strategy for multiple eight-figure brands and also handle day-to-day operations and account management inside Seller Central.
Do you work alone, or do you pass my account to a team?
You work directly with me as your main point of contact. I do have senior consultants and partners who support behind the scenes, but your strategy, decisions, and communication always come through me.
Do you only work with big brands or large catalogs?
No. I work with everything from single-product startups to multi-thousand SKU catalogs — as long as we’re aligned on growth and long-term success.
Is this a “set it and forget it” relationship?
No — it will never be a set-it-and-forget-it relationship. Even in my most streamlined arrangements, I’m in your account every day monitoring, optimizing, and making sure everything is moving according to plan.
Will I know what’s going on, or is everything behind the scenes?
Full transparency is something I pride myself on. You may not want or need to understand every single thing I’m doing, but I’ll always explain what matters — especially for business-critical decisions — and make sure you’re comfortable with the direction.
What’s something you won’t do?
I don’t promise overnight ranking, shortcut tactics, or risky “Amazon hacks.” I grow brands in a way that protects your account and builds durable, long-term results.
What happens when Amazon throws curveballs?
I’m on it fast. I’ve handled thousands of Amazon issues and know how to navigate chaos without panic.
How quickly do you respond?
I work fairly standard office hours and I’m around most weekends. I check my phone frequently and respond quickly to time-sensitive messages because I know your time and your business are both extremely important.
Do you take every client who reaches out?
No. I’d love to help everyone, but my first priority is making sure we’re a good fit so you don’t waste time or money. If we align on goals and expectations, I’ll take you on; if not, I’ll be honest about what needs to be in place first.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just a meeting to align on your goals. Once we understand the direction, we can begin very quickly.
